Does anyone know where i can cap this new factiosn elite, it looks like it would work good for my heal/smite build. Thanks

I think I saw an afflicted monk boss use it in the Undercity somewhere.

Afflicted Monk bosses carry it.

I know Vinaurh Sqaure mission area, has randomly spawned afflicted boss where monk is one that can spawn.

enter the undercity from Wujin Bazar, head north untill you get to a very large, greyish brown clearing in the buildings with what looks like rock formations and head west. keep following this path till you find a Rez shrine, look around that courtyard and look for a dark path going off to the north east.
Follow this path, past the group of Afflicted that sits accross a ravine with
-NO MONSTERS IN IT- and keep heading west.

When you get to a room with a large pillar in the middle and a ravine/pitfall in on the north side, cross the bridge heading north.

The afflicted boss is just around the corner heading East.

He has a large number of Afflicted around it so be prepared to deal with assasins, warriors and atleast 3 rays of jugement.

Before you get too excited (maybe youve already solved this, but I couldnt find a way) I thought ray of judgememnt disabled all skills but smite when you use it, so Im curious how this will work in a heal/smite build. I guess if youve thought of a good way let me know because I was interested in this skill as well, but that drawback was making me not want to cap it.
